Shipping & Order Processing

How long does it take to ship my order?
Most items in The Flâneur Archive are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted dropshipping partners. Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Shipping time varies depending on your location and the fulfillment center.

  • U.S. orders: usually arrive within 7–10 business days after processing.
  • International orders: may take 10–20 business days depending on customs and local carriers.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Where do orders ship from?
Our products are fulfilled by dropshipping partners and ship from facilities in the U.S. and abroad, depending on the item.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. From time to time, we may offer free U.S. shipping thresholds or promotions — watch for announcements.


Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because Archive pieces are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for size changes or change-of-mind purchases.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at shop@theitinerantflaneur.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

How does your refund process work?
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


Orders & Payment Options

Can I change or cancel an order once it’s placed?
Because Archive pieces are made to order and processed quickly, changes aren’t guaranteed. Contact us immediately if you need to adjust something — if your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we’ll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Archive pieces are made-to-order using dropshipping partners that allow us to reduce waste while offering global fulfillment. This ensures each item is created specifically for you.

Do you offer gift packaging or personalized notes?
Not yet. Archive orders ship in neutral, elevated packaging that’s simple enough to gift as-is. We’re exploring branded packaging and gift options for the future.
