Refund & Return Policy — The Flâneur Archive

Most Archive pieces are made to order. This allows us to produce in small batches and reduce excess inventory, but it also means we’re unable to accept returns for size changes or change-of-mind purchases.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll make it right.


Damages or Defects

If your item arrives with a problem, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Because each piece is produced after ordering, we’re unable to accept returns for:

  • incorrect sizing selection
  • color selection changes
  • change-of-mind purchases
  • gift cards
  • discounted items

We recommend reviewing product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If your item qualifies for replacement due to a production issue or fulfillment error, we’ll arrange that at no cost to you.


European Union Customers

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.

To qualify:

  • the item must be unused
  • returned in original condition
  • include original packaging and tags

To initiate a return under EU consumer protections, contact:

with proof of purchase.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or card provider, additional processing time may apply.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and your refund has not appeared, please contact us.
